Our prices include free freight charges for all shipments made to customer addresses within the Continental United States. This free shipping policy does not include freight charges for shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. Air shipments are available upon request at an additional fee. All air shipments will require documentation stating service level and ship-to address.
Please, make sure addresses are correct as address corrections are an additional fee for which you are solely responsible. Any error due to Tempo Glove inputting the wrong address is our sole responsibility and you will not be charged. When giving your address please keep in mind that a physical address is required. P.O. Boxes and APO'S will be shipped through the Postal Service with the understanding that shipping packages in this manner increases the difficulty of tracking the package. In essence, you agree to accept an additional length of time to locate your package prior to canceling the order or the replacement of your order. Tempo Glove reserves the right to handle each case on an individual basis.
Tempo Glove requires a returned authorization number with the merchandise that you return.
We replace any product that is defective up to Six Months from the date it was purchased. (Replacement will be based on our extensive evaluation of the wear and tear of the product.)
Tempo will exchange any product that was shipped by mistake by Tempo Glove at no cost.
There will be a 25% restocking fee for any product that needs to be exchanged up to Ninety Days from the date of invoice. The invoice must accompany the merchandise being returned. Credit will be issued to you by invoice and be applied to your next purchase.
After Ninety Days there will be no returns or exchange of any product.
Tempo Glove policy is to only issue in store credits.
